There's not much I can say about these photos without bawling my eyes out. So I'll keep this short and sweet. As most of you already know, this is Trenton's Senior Year. He'll be 18 in February. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around ALL of this. And with every letter that arrives from a college, I lose (another) little piece of my sanity. Needless to say, the last few months have been a little rough. But we've managed to get through SAT's, applying for a couple of colleges, ... Read More
Santa Barbara
The final leg of our stop was Santa Barbara and let me just say that Davey and I are already planning a trip back, just the 2 of us. We were only there for about 4 hours, just long enough to eat and walk the boardwalk, but oh my goodness, it was amazing. I think my favorite part of this stop was where we ate; Finney's. We got to sit outside and we had a great waitress who made some good dinner recommendations. The best part is that Jackson put Trenton's phone number on the receipt, along ... Read More
Dysfunkshunal at Hard Rock Cafe
Trenton's band had the privilege of playing at the Hard Rock Cafe in Seattle this weekend and oh my goodness it was so much fun. Jones Boys Lately
Trenton: He'll soon be driving! And the day can't come soon enough. I'm probably more excited than he is. Mainly because he will now be able to drive himself and his brothers around to all of their practices and basketball games and church rehearsals. I'm a little nervous to have them on the road alone, as I'm sure most parents are, but I just gotta aim and release. :) Still drumming like crazy. And it's still loud. We've given him a specific set of hours (3pm-5pm) when he's ... Read More
First Day of School
It's November 26th. And I'm just now getting around to posting their 1st Day of School Pics. So yeah. Sounds about right. This is the first (and only) year that all 3 boys are at 3 different schools: Trenton is a Sophomore at Rogers High School, Jackson started 7th grade at Ballou Junior High and Aidon is now officially a 5th grader at Zeiger Elementary. And now that we're halfway through the school year...last day of school pictures will be coming soon! :) SaveSave SaveSave ... Read More
