Following my awesome hair disaster, I made a quick appointment over at The Salon at Ulta for last minute damage control. It was a fun experience, mainly because all the gals were in a tizzy about their co-worker named Cindy, who had decided to quit that morning. They were scrambling around trying to cover all of her appointments and also guessing as to why she quit. So much drama.
I love it.
Aside from Cindy having to blow her cover as a hair stylist and go back to her real life as a CIA operative (that was my guess why she had to leave so abruptly), I also learned how to do a proper backcomb. Did you know there’s a specific backcomb brush?! AND I bought a few new products. Jennifer Aniston is the co-owner of a new line called Living Proof. I love her hair, but I also love her. I’d probably buy ice over the internet if she was selling it.
The line has a few different options; Perfect Hair, Full, Restore. I bought the Restore Shampoo and the Full Conditioner. (Gotta love that coarse, Asian hair.) And I bought the AMP Instant Texture Volumizer. I’m hoping that this will make curling my hair with a flat iron a little bit easier. And by easier, I mean piecey-er. 🙂
I’m going to use it for a week and then I’ll let you all know how it’s going.
