It’s true, I have a few more things to do our room, but I’m anxious to move on to the next project!
My office is tiny. It actually used to be the original walk in closet…before I turned the 2nd half of our room into the closet. It’s still a good sized space…perfect the girl who does almost all her work on a MacBook. I don’t have paper files or need staplers or tape. Give me a internet connection and I’m good to go.
Right now, it’s more of a place to store all of our other project supplies than an office.
You don’t keep a power drill and gold spray paint in your office?
I’m excited to get this space looking good and actually functional. Here’s a few inspiration pieces I’ve been looking at!
White hydrangeas are my hands-down favorite flower and a must-have for the desk.
Since I don’t have a lot of floor space…I’m going to need a lot of shelves. And these floating shelves make me happy. I don’t think I need nine though.
Love this quote! Especially when dealing with work stuff.
Tell me this isn’t uh-mazing. Just try.
I love these etched bottles. I’ll either have to have a garage sale (because they’re $40 each) or find a way to make my own. But I’m currently obsessing over Creative Juices, Acidic Wit and Concentrated Effort.
The main thing I love about this office is the simple photo frames just leaning up against the wall. No nails or holes in the wall. And a funky, patterned chair? Yes, please.
Chalkboard wall. I know it’s been done. I know it’s old news. But I kind of want one in the office. Thoughts? Comments? Clean jokes? Celebrations? You can send them all. I also like the tape…I saw some patterned Scotch Tape at Target once, but didn’t have a reason to buy it. Maybe now I do….
Nothing too exciting here but that white furry throw. And even though I know I probably won’t be able to keep it clean…I still want one nonetheless.
This project is probably going to be kept on the back burner until at least next year…but still fun to be inspired!
